GARP (Georgia Animal Rights and Protection) was having their holiday party at Dough Bakery, so of course we went. My photos were horrible, so I’m not including any, but the food was amazing. Of course it was – Dough made it! The buffet had little appetizers of jalapeno corn fritters, which were little corm cakes stuffed with jalapenos and vegan cheese and these little empanadas filled with yumminess. The main course nacho bar was gorgeous. It featured refried beans, Gutenfleisher’s taco filling, grilled veggies, vegan queso, salsa… You get the idea. Everything was delicious and it was great to see our friends from GARP. Oh, and they were doing a donation drive for Planned Pethood so everyone brought supplies to contribute.
