Tuesday, April 9 Roasted Veggies and Gardein Tenders & Buffalo Wings

This is what happens when I have no one to cook for. I just eat random stuff I find in the fridge. I had half a bell pepper, half a zucchini, part of an eggplant and some green beans. I roasted everything but the beans, which I steamed. Then I cooked the Gardein “wings” and tenders. I had some buttermilk ranch (Cookin’ Crunk) in the fridge, so I dipped them in that.
